As a homeschool mom, I am always looking for easier ways to supplement with math. Math is such a hard subject for me to teach to Cohen, because it’s not his favorite and he does not enjoy trying too hard, that I use online supplemental websites to help him as well. Woot Math is perfect for classrooms everywhere, in a school or at home, and allows the teacher to tailor to what each child is learning, while keeping track of their progress with the Teacher Board.

The teacher can change the setting for each child to ‘default’, ‘faster’ or ‘slower’, depending on where the child is in their learning journey. I appreciate this feature because I have one child right on track for his age and one a little slower. Being able to see each child’s progress and what area they have gained a ‘mastery’ in, is a big part of what sets Woot Math apart from the rest.

Woot Math starts out pretty slow and talks to the child, giving examples and helping the child along. Not TOO much help, just the right amount.. Eli needs more help than Cohen but that’s what I love about this program. It tailors to each child! If you have two kids in your homeschool room, or 20 kids in your class at school, this program would be perfect for you!
